Refund policy
QUICON (Quiet Contribute) operates on the principle of intentional, voluntary giving. Contributions made through QUICON are considered donations and are generally
final and non-refundable.
Because donations are directed quietly and purposefully, funds may be allocated promptly to support individuals or causes in need. Once allocated, contributions cannot be reversed.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate donations made in error
- Technical or processing errors
- Unauthorized transactions confirmed by the donor’s financial institution
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Review
All refund inquiries must be made via the same verified email address used at the time of donation.
To protect privacy and prevent misuse, QUICON does not process refund requests through public channels or third parties.
Discretion & Privacy
Any approved refund will be handled discreetly.
No public record, acknowledgment, or explanation will be made.

QUICON reserves the right to update this Refund Policy when necessary to remain compliant with applicable laws or operational changes. Any updates will be communicated through direct email where appropriate.
